Osorio Family Session | Lake County Photography

There are times, as a photographer, that I get skeptical when a family says they want to include their dog(s) in a session. I love dogs, I grew up with two beloved border collies. I know how rambunctious and unpredictable dogs can sometimes be, especially the more hyper breeds such as a border collie. But I also know that dogs are considered family members and should not be left out of a family photo session. That is why I welcome any family to bring along their pets to a photos session!

Most of the time the pets make the session more lively and entertaining anyway! The Osorio family was just perfect at their late fall/early winter photo session. The pup was so cooperative and photogenic! But the kids definitely stole the show!

It was cold on this particular day and coats were always close by but you couldn't even tell from the looks of these photos! All three of the kids (and the parents) were troopers through the cold and we got some great family photos for them to remember this phase in their lives.
